At OK Fashion, we want you to love every suit you buy. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The suit must be unused, unwashed, uncut and unstitched.
- All pieces (top, bottom, dupatta) must be returned together in the original packing, with tags and labels intact.
- Suits that have been cut, stitched, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
How to request a return
- Call or WhatsApp us on 93689 18609 within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and the reason for the return (photos help if the item is damaged or wrong).
- We will confirm the return and tell you how to send the suit back.
Refunds
- Once we receive and check the returned suit, we will process your refund.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is sent to your UPI ID or bank account.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days after we receive the item.
- Delivery charges, if any, are not refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged or wrong suit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packing. We will replace it or give you a full refund.
